Just pour water & few drops of essential oil into the diffuser. Change liquid mix to refresh aroma. Your aroma will last 1-2 months. We use natural thai clay that has high HRA (heat retaining agent) Property, Which means that our diffusers are stronger Which means that our diffusers are stronger, don't discolour & don't absorb aromas.
